As Manager Finance and People, you will be a trusted advisor in Fonn Group with a broad responsibility spanning from people to finance. You will oversee the framework and operation of the human side of the business and support the finance team with controlling/accounting. This will provide you with a strong overview of the business. In a fast-growing global company, you will act as a trusted HR business partner for the organization. This entails supporting the management and the business and being responsible for the HR-platform and a People portfolio. You will be a valued member of the Finance and People team and will be reporting to the CFO.

You will be:

• A part of our finance team and assist with financial tasks, including monthly reporting, year-end processes and participate in preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Handling invoicing and follow-up on customer contracts.
• Managing the Group’s insurance-agreements globally, and be contact person for insurance partner
• Following up and mange financial risk and development in projects locally and globally
• Be our trusted HR business partner both on a day-to-day level, but also strategically ensuring sound structure and process securing a great employment experience
• Developing the Global Compensation Scheme for the Group
• Responsible for On- and offboarding processes of new team members
• The business partner for recruitment processes across the company, supporting the management in recruitment processes, and be responsible for our recruitment platform.
• Responsible for the Employee Handbook
• Owner of the HUMA-HR platform  

We want to attract candidates who have experience from several of these areas:

• An entrepreneurial mindset to help grow an international success
• Have at least 2-4 years of experience in either People, Finance or Administration
• Experience with supporting day-to-day operations with a strong execution record
• Knowledge and interest in digital solutions
• Have experience with finance and /or recruitment and HR
• Enjoy collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to improve processes and building culture
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
