To a newly established position in DOF ASA, we are now looking for a Senior Vice President Information & Technology. The position will have overall responsibility for information and technology (I&T) within the DOF Group and will be the highest digital leadership role in the group. SVP I&T will report to COO Marine and be located in Bergen and/or Austevoll.

As our SVP I&T, you will be responsible for

• Developing and implementing our I&T strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy
• Following up and collaborating closely with our I&T supplier, Marin IT, ensuring I&T services are delivered reliably, sustainably, cost effectively and securely.
• Working closely with DOF managers, ensuring that I&T delivers value to the business.
• Identifying new technologies and areas where digitalization can improve business processes.
• Facilitating and collaborating with the Technology and Digitalization Committee in the group.

You have experienced how information & technology can make business processes more efficient. You have a good understanding of our industry and have a genuine interest in what we do. You communicate well across business functions, build strong networks and thrive in an international environment. You have extensive experience with service level agreements and a sound business acumen. You are curious about new technologies and are updated on major technology trends. We believe that you have relevant management experience and have been leading IT projects. You probably have a higher degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
